Dollar for dollar, these are the best value non-stick fry pans we have ever found. The restaurants in the area all love 'em because they are durable and even heating. The pan is cast aluminum and the lining is a commercial non-stick. I have personally owned one of these pans for almost 20 years and still reach for it when I prepare an omelet or fritatta. Each pan comes with a silicone handle so that you don't burn your hand. Hand wash only.
