The French really know their cookware. They constructed this wonderful brasier to be 33% lighter than their rival's product. You can use it on top of the stove and then pop it in the oven...and it is pretty enough to bring it right to the table. With a 3 1/2 qt capacity it is the perfect size for dinner for the family. And it cleans like a dream.
