Move over George (Foreman)...Cuisinart makes a better mousetrap...or panini grill, as the case may be! When you come in our shop to look at panini grills, all of our sales staff calls me over because this is one of my favorite things we sell. Sure, you can use it to make grilled sandwiches but that is just the tip of the iceberg. I love to cook chicken or salmon on it. Riege makes burgers and chops with it. It has a self-adjusting hinge so that no matter how thin or thick your dinner is, the Griddler won't squish it. You can open the whole thing up and use it to make pancakes or French toast. I saved the best for last...the plates are removable so that you can pop 'em in the dishwasher!!! I love this thing.
