Okay, I was totally wrong about these. My sales rep begged me to carry them but I turned him down repeatedly. Then he gave me a pair to use at home and realized how great they are. They are supple and not too thick so you can grab onto a cookie sheet easily. Plus, they really do block the heat well. I wouldn't dance around the kitchen holding a blazing hot casserole but for taking things in and out of the oven, they work well. Red (RED), Green (GRN), Bright Blue (BLU) or Orange (ORG)
