These tongs have become insanely popular. I guess a few of the Food Network chefs use them on their show(s) - that's always good for business!! That aside, these tongs are great for turning veggies, chicken and veal in a saute pan. Even the most delicate filets won't tear with these silicone-tipped tongs.
