Sign up for this Hot Soups cooking class with Chef Michael Godjikian! Class is scheduled for Saturday February 1st, 6 pm at Vermont Kitchen Supply.
He will be preparing two of my favorite renditions of his:
- Blackbean with Pork and Queso Fresco
- Pozole and Tomatillo with Shrimp, Avocado and Mexican Crema
Michael will teach you how to make these classic soups and then serve them along with a green salad and local Earth Sky Time bread.
Water and sparkling water will be available but feel free to bring your own bottle of wine or beverage of choice.
