We were hesitant about carrying these boards because they seemed pricey. But I am glad that we listened to our customer's requests because these boards outsell all of our other cutting boards. They are reversible, knife friendly, dishwasher safe, heat safe to 350°F, and totally maintenance free. There are silicone grip feet keep them from sliding around. This board measures 14.5"x 19.5"" which is plenty big for the holiday bird. Grooved so juices don't run all over the counter top. And you can rest easy knowing that you are buying something made in the USA.
