The OXO Good Grips Pastry Brush is designed with natural boar bristles because they remain soft and pliable even with use. The thick bristles hold more basting liquid so you can quickly apply egg washes, glazes, sauces and syrups. The head is designed at an angle so that bristles remain off work surfaces when you set the brush down—keeping both the brush and your counters cleaner.
