When we first started carrying this Mexican Vanilla, I made french toast for a group of friends. They swear that I make the best french toast they'd ever had and I know it is because of the wonderful flavor of this vanilla. You can use it whenever a recipe calls for vanilla extract. I also put a little in my smoothies and LOVE it in custards. It's an 8.4 oz bottle which will last you a good long time...unless you are opening a breakfast joint...
