The Joie Mini Nonstick Egg and Fry Pan is ideal for sandwich-size eggs and pancakes too! To Use: This pan heats up very quickly and only minimal heat is necessary. Do not use on high heat. Coat with butter, margarine or cooking oil. Heat for 30 seconds, then add the egg. Do not use metal utensils. Safe on electric and gas stoves. On gas stoves, keep the flame smaller than the diameter of the pan. Hand wash.
