Quickly get a temperature reading from thin cuts of meats and general purpose cooking with the CDN ProAccurate Quick-Read digital thermometer, which has a temperature range of -40 to 450 degrees F and is NSF (National Sanitary Foundation) approved for use in commercial applications. The 5-inch stainless steel stem can get a reading in 6-8 seconds, and it is complemented by a stainless steel housing surrounding the digital readout. The food-safe, waterproof display area includes a large-digit readout and data-hold capabilities. Other features include a sheath with a pocket clip that can be used as a handle extension, auto-off after 10 minutes, easy recalibration, and a temperature guide on the sheath.
