Yes, they do make a gadget for everything!! But I will say that this is more of a tool than a gadget. It quickly and cleanly removes the stem/core of a tomato. It will also take the hull off of a strawberry.You and I know it as a 'corer' but the restaurant folks call it a 'shark'. If you want to be cool, you can call it a shark. I do.
