Made of heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel, the 16.5 in Prima Deep Roasting Pan comes with a basting grill and V-rack. These stainless steel accessories allow you to position and stabilize your roast or bird, elevated to facilitate basting and allow drippings to fall into the pan below. The pan can also be used for roasting large whole fish. Large cast stainless steel handles provide a comfortable, balanced grip making it easier to carry.
