Best Carmel Sauce
½ cup white sugar
1 cup water
¼ # butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
Whisk together dry ingredients. Add to water and vanilla. Add butter. Cook on stove 5-10 minutes until thickened. Add nuts, raisins. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Good sauce without using heavy cream.
