1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
Cream together.
2 eggs
Add to batter.
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Mix together in a separate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with (1 cup mushed banana and ¼ cup milk) to the batter. Add 1 tsp. of vanilla. Pour batter into muffin tins lined with cupcake papers. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 18 minutes.
