Compact mandoline includes three plates with six cutting options: thin, medium and thick slice, julienne cut and ribbon & noodle cut. Simply pop the interchangeable plates into place to adjust the slicing thickness, julienne and spiral cuts. Spring-loaded lever safely pops out adjustable plates. Spiral plate features options for both noodle and ribbon cut. Use spiralizer pusher to get to the very bottom of produce and snap on to protect blades during storage. Different slicing plates store on top, legs fold for easy storage. Dishwasher safe.
