Exceptionally durable nonstick pans! Made in Italy by famous maker Zwilling, these are PFOA-free (the bad stuff in Teflon). Sturdy construction from forged aluminum, which also means it distributes heat evenly and quickly. These pans have an ergonomic stay-cool handle and are induction ready. Oven safe to 300°F. Dishwasher safe and metal utensil safe - although we'll never recommend that for any nonstick pan you buy.
Standard size pan depth is 2". Deep pan depth is 3".
