Product Overview

Also called a meat hammer, using the rougher side is how chefs make tougher pieces of meat more tender. They use the flat side to flatten out chicken breasts so they cook more evenly. It's a standard in commercial kitchens and should be in yours, too! About 10 1/2" long.
