Green Mao Jian Tea is an unusual mountain-grown tea from western Hunan Province. It's one of the most delicate green teas. Steeped normally, it produces a lovely pale green brew with meadow notes and light forest scents. A stronger brew may be obtained using more tea leaves, warmer water and a longer steep time. Even then, this tea is not bitter. An excellent tea for those who want to enjoy a green tea without the punch that so many ordinary greens carry.

Jade Oolong is a marvelous mountain-grown tea from Hubei Province. It has an appealing aroma, a beautiful green color and a forceful presence. This organic Jade oolong has a taste profile characteristic of greener oolongs, complex and just a little woody.

Jasmine Green Tea is perhaps the most famous of all Chinese teas. A combination of green tea and fresh jasmine flowers, it produces a brew of a lovely yellow hue with a powerful jasmine scent. Jasmine Green Tea has been made for at least 800 years. In Beijing, and indeed in most of northern China, this is the go-to tea served to welcome guests.

White Peony is a white tea, grown in the very northeastern corner of Jiangxi Province. Made from only one bud and the two adjacent young leaves, this tea is carefully processed to promote a bare minimum of oxidation.  It is sun dried, heaped, and then gently baked until fully dried.  It is always handled carefully in order to minimize leaf breakage so as to maintain optimal quality. White Peony is a most delicately flavored tea, but its bright, fresh taste is distinctive while free from grassy or bitter overtones.

Wuyuan Black is grown in Wuyuan County in the northeast corner of Jiangxi Province, not far from Anhui province, the origin of Keemun teas. Wuyuan Black is technically an organic Congou tea. It is rich, robust, fragrant and can be made as light or strong as you prefer without fear of bitterness. It is simply everything a great black tea should be.

Yunnan Black hails from Lincang, a stone's throw from Burma and home to some of the oldest cultivated tea in the world. Hand picked and tightly rolled, the golden tipped leaves produce a deep amber brew — with light notes of grapes and honey. An instant classic.
