This thermometer features alert warnings before, during, and at key temperature changes so you can easily monitor your recipes. Thanks to the 7 preprogrammed candy stages and one all-purpose temperature stage, this thermometer is a versatile, multi-purpose tool in any kitchen.
Its clear digital display includes readout temperatures from 14 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, or -10 to 232 degrees Celsius. The dual progress display shows two different temperatures, the set temperature and the current temperature. This thermometer also includes a heat shield to protect the digital components from steam. It comes with 2 LR44 batteries and has a convenient auto-off feature after 1 hour to prolong battery life.
